The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the historic district and visit the major museums. The staff were helpful in giving us directions and recommendations for attractions. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with elegant furnishings. We also enjoyed the views of the canal from our room, which added to the charm of our stay.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, as it is within walking distance of the city market and just steps away from a busy tram stop. The rooms are beautifully designed and impeccably maintained, providing a high standard of comfort. The staff at the hotel are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a special experience for guests. the breakfast provided is delicious and offers a wide variety of options.

There were some minor issues with the refurbishment, such as rough finishes in paint and wallpapering, which lacked attention to detail.

Small hotel with 8 rooms, boutique style. Beautifully decorated, with fabulous antiques and cozy sitting areas. Polite and friendly staff, always willing to help. Quiet rooms at the back, despite not having canal view. a special place with generous hosts and great amenities.

We had a wonderful stay in a great location, right on a beautiful canal. The hotel was within walking distance of all the major attractions. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the view from the dining area. a fantastic experience.

That the AC was a bit loud and didn't cool down the room as well as we had hoped.

Nothing everything was great.

Luxurious and well-designed with an excellent location. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and the staff provided a warm welcome. Hygiene products were of high quality. Shower water pressure could be improved, but overall, it was a remarkable stay.

The lobby is equally excellent, with tasteful furnishings and a cute atmosphere. From the moment I rang the bell, the staff was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. The check-in experience alone was worth a 10/10. I was escorted for welcome drinks in the bar with a garden view. The location is fantastic and the hotel is beautifully refurbished. The staff even went the extra mile to help me celebrate my birthday, made me feel very special. The interior design is great, and I loved the canal view from my room. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like some noise from the street and a small room, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I had a superb experience.
